Francisco brings broad overall educational and professional experience that span the process design and control fields and that open the potential for new features and capabilities to our product. Francisco holds a B.S. in physics from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Supélec, France, with major in automation and signal analysis, and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, with research work on chemical plant design and control. Work experience includes the Mexican Petroleum Institute as a researcher, Aspen Technology as a software developer for HYSYS Dynamics, and SABIC in Saudi Arabia as a modeling and optimization expert on chemical plants for the production of MTBE.
